Corrected During Inspection Repeat Observed food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation. Observed deli employee wearing wristbands while preparing food at time of inspection.
To prevent contamination, except as provided by (G)(2) and (G)(3) of this rule, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms or hands.

Observed a handwashing sink in the deli area without water at the required temperature. After three minutes of running water, the water temperature reached 90 degrees F.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.

Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed wiping rag stored in handwash sink at time of inspection. Please ensure that the handwash sink is only used for washing hands.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
