3717-1-05.3(H) Critical Sewage treated through an unapproved sewage treatment system. Observed sewage treatment system not operating/ being maintained according to law. Observed sump pump being used to pump sewage from tank onto surface of the ground. Receive inspection from EPA authority and make necessary corrections to eliminate nuisance conditions in accordance with law.

Inspection conducted due to a complaint received stating that sewage was discharging onto the ground. Upon inspection sewage was observed on the ground. A sump pump was observed to be pumping from the septic tank onto the ground. Facility ordered to stop water flow and food preparation. Facility can continue to sell prepackaged foods. Pic closed restrooms at time of inspection.
