No violations were documented at the time of inspection.

Inspection conducted due to complaint filed that states "restaurant was filthy tables, trash running over, feet sticking to the floor, and food was cold" . Spoke to manager about complaint, he said they have been short staffed the last few days, but they have not had any hot holding issues. During inspection I observed the seating area to be clean and free of trash and I observed proper hot holding temperatures.
