Critical Observed employee put candy in mouth and put gloves on and began food prep without washing hands. (Critical Control Point Violation) Corrective Actions: Employees hands should be washed before putting new gloves on and between eating.

Critical Observed live ants under the handsink. Corrective Action: Facility should be treated by a commercial pest control operator and measures should be taken to prevent ants from entering.

Observed the cheese melter with a build up of debris. Corrective Action: Clean the equipment so that there is not a build-up of debris.
