Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order, observed reach in freezer that was not working properly at time of inspection. Food was removed and placed in walk in freezer.

Inspection conducted due to a complaint stating that tables were dirty, employees were handling money and food with no gloves, facility was dirty. Discussed proper hand washing and glove use with Pic. Discussed cleaning frequencies with Pic. Pic stated that maintenance has been called for reach in freezer and sink.
