Critical Repeat Observed handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed spoon in the handwashing sink. Corrective Action: Handwashing sink can only be used for handwashing. Correct immediately.

Observed frozen tater tots, chicken nuggets sitting out on the counter. Corrective Action: Frozen food should be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water or cooked from frozen state.
