Received a complaint on 5/23/2023 stating "customer found bug in chicken bowl, stated the manager told him/her that it must have came from the lettuce." During complaint investigation PIC was aware of the complaint and stated it was more than likely in the lettuce because they have found insects in the lettuce before. All lettuce that comes into the facility is rinsed and cut at the facility prior to serving. Observed current lettuce in stock and did not see signs of pest at time of inspection. Reviewed procedures for rinsing and prepping/inspecting produce with PIC
