Corrected During Inspection Observed donuts for sale as grab-and-go without labeling.
All food offered for sale as grab-and-go must be labeled with the appropriate information. Food label information shall include: (a) The common name of the food, or an adequately descriptive identity statement; (b) If made from two or more ingredients, a list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by wight, including a declaration of artificial color or flavor and chemical preservatives, if contained in the food; (c) An accurate declaration of quantity of contents; (d) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor; (e) The name of the food source for each major food allergen contained in the food, unless listed in the ingredients. A food worker placed labels on the front of the display case in the area each variety of donut was for sale with the proper ingredient information.

Observed no test strips available to measure the concentration of the sanitizer solution.
To ensure proper sanitization, a test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in PPM (mg/L) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
Comments
The following was observed at time of inspection:
Hot holding of time/temp. controlled for safety food was within proper temperature range of 135 deg. F or above. Facility was free from an accumulation of debris. Single stem probe thermometer available. Time/temp. controlled for safety food was properly date marked and within seven day hold limit. Food was properly separated during storage to protect from potential cross contamination during storage from the premises and other food.
