3717-1-05.1(C)(1) Observed multiple handsinks (Produce, meat, restrooms, deli) not reaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit after a couple weeks. Corrective Action: All handsinks should reach at least 100 degrees in a reasonable amount of time. PIC said he has talked to the facilities and that it takes a few minutes to get warm, said he will put in a request to get the situation evaluated. |
3717-1-04.5(D) Repeat Observed food color bottles and cabinet they are stored in with a build-up of the food color. Corrective Action: Bottles and cabinet should be cleaned. |
