Corrected During Inspection Observed improper storage of food items, observed prepared catered food items in bags stored on floor of walk in cooler, food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor and in a location that is protected from potential contamination.
Food shall be protected from contamination by storing the food in a clean, dry location, where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor.

Amient air and water thermometers are not accurate to plus or minus 1.5 degrees C, or plus or minus three degrees F in the intended range of use, observed cooler thermometer not to be accurate, temperature measuring devices shall be easily readable and accurate to plus or minus three degrees fahrenheit to ensure proper temperature is maintained.
To prevent foodborne illness, ambient air and water temperature measuring devices that are scaled in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit shall be designed to be easily readable and accurate to plus or minus 1.5° C in the intended range of use; Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit shall be accurate to plus or minus three degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.

Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature, observed hand sink in prep area not providing water temperature of at least 100F, water temp was measued at 80F, hand sink shall be able to provide water at a temperature of at least 100F to ensure proper cleaning of hands.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet.
