3717-1-02.4(C)(17) Observed written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events. Corrective Action: Gave a copy of the bodily fluid clean-up procedure to the pic to be posted in the facility. |
3717-1-06.4(D) Observed vents in the kitchen with a build-up of debris. Observed vent on the ice machine in the kitchen with a build-up of dust. Corrective Action: Ventilation systems should be free of debris to prevent contamination of food and equipment. |
