Inspection conducted due to complaint received stating: Dumpster running over, food on ground, old deep fryers on the ground, grease trap running over. Observed dumpsters to be overflowing at time of inspections, there was cardboard and some food scraps on the ground. There is an old fryer sitting out by the dumpsters that should be removed. Dumpster area should be cleaned up and lids should be closed on the dumpsters to prevent pest harborage. I recommend speaking with the other businesses that utilize the dumpsters to ensure cardboard boxes are being broken down before disposing in the dumpster and lids are being shut after disposing trash, speaking with the garbage collector to secure another removal day, possibly adding another dumpster to the area. PIC said that the trash is curently removed on Mondays and Fridays. I did not see an issue of grease build-up in or around the grease collection container outside or on the grease receptor under the 3 compartment sink at the time of inspection. A follow-up inspection will be conducted on 1/13/2023.
