Critical Repeat Observed employees are not informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report information about their health. Corrective Action: I gave employee a copy of the RCHD Employee Illness Policy to be reviewed and signed by all food employees.

Observed handwashing sinks in the mens' and womens' restrooms without adequate hot water. Corrective Action: All handwashing sinks should be able to obtain a water temperature of at least 100 degrees.

Corrected During Inspection Observed employee drinks stored above food items in a cold holding unit. Corrective Action: PIC removed the drinks form the unit.

Observed facility did not have a person in charge per shift with the person in charge certification in food protection.
