Corrected During Inspection Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed employee cleaning utensils in hand wash sink at time of inspection. Hand sink shall only be used for handwashing.
Critical Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Observed deli meats and cheeses without proper datemarking. Discussed proper datemarking procedures with pic at time of inspection.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed accumulation of debris on shelves of dairy cooler.
