Observed new portable hand sink in facility. Facility has the capability to reheat food if it is received less than 135 Degrees F. Facility is approved to do risk level 4 activities. Facility will be renewed as a risk level 4 in March of 2024. Observed proper reheating procedures at time of inspection.
