Corrected During Inspection Critical Equipment surfaces of grill, inside of smoker, and areas under and around grill soiled with debris. Operator cleaned these surfaces upon follow-up inspection - good. Continue detailed cleaning of unit routinely to prevent accumulation of debris. .
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed faucet to 3 sink in poor repair and repaired with tape.
Plumbing shall be maintained in good repair.

Several floor tiles are worn and damaged and subfloor visable. A few wall panels are in poor repair and need re-attached. Surface on counter under handsink in poor repair and needs resurfaced or repaired.
The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

Corrected During Inspection Critical Observed improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials in a cabinet above 3 comp sink..
To prevent contamination, poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, or single-service or single-use articles by: 1) Separating the poisonous materials by spacing or partitioning; and 2) Locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service articles or single-use articles. .

Opening inspection conducted. Continue cleaning unit before opening. Cold holding equipment holding below 41F. Sanitizer, gloves, test strips available for use. Thermometers available for use. Water tank, gray water tank, and backflow in use. No food in unit at time of inspection.
