Critical Food equipment surfaces are not cleaned at the required frequency. Observed buildup of pink debris in ice machine on food contact surface. Please ensure that ice machine is cleaned at a frequency recommended by the manufacturer or as needed to prevent buildup of debris, whichever is more often.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified in this rule.

Corrected During Inspection Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, or single-service and single-use articles are not properly stored. Observed single use articles stored on floor. A food employee moved these articles to be at least 6" off the ground at time of inspection
Cleaned equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-service articles, and single-use articles shall be properly stored as described in this rule.
