Food equipment that is acceptable for use in a food service operation or retail food establishment shall be approved by a recognized food equipment testing agency. Person in charge removed equipment in question at time of inspection.
|The following was observed at time of inspection:|
Cold holding of time/temp. controlled for safety food was within proper temperature range of 41 deg. F or below. Thermometers available in all cold holding equipment used to store time/temp. controlled for safety food. Facility was equipped with single use gloves and hair restraints were in use. Single stem probe readily available. Instructions were present for calibration of thermometer. Towels, cleanser and single use towels available at all hand wash sinks. Hand wash sink was shielded due to its close vicinity to food prep. sink. Condensate and waste water outlets protected from potential cross contamination by air gap. Facility was clean to sight and touch. Food stored properly to protect from potential cross contamination due to premises and other food.
