3717-1-05.4(R) Observed an accumulation of refuse. Observed grease receptacle to be at capacity and overflowing onto the ground, into the parking lot and into the storm drain. Refuse, recyclables, or returnables shall be removed from the premises at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents.

Received complaint on 4/30/18 stating that grease was overflowing behind building. Observed excessive grease build up on and around waste receptacle. Also observed that grease had drained into the back parking lot area and into the storm drain. Observed receptacle to be full and overflowing. Pic stated that they contacted their service provider on 4/30/18 for pickup. Discussed cleaning frequencies and removal with Pic.
