Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Observed door of reach-in fridge to be damaged and not close on its own.
Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code.
Facility has installed shatterproof light fixtures above stove and the warm water temperature of the handwash sinks is now above 100 degrees F. Thank you. Discussed proper cooking and holding temperatures, proper cooling techniques, consumer advisory, disposition of dented cans, and employee illness reporting policy including reportable symptoms. PIC demonstrated good knowledge on all of these topics and also has a Level II Food Safety Certification.
