Observed kitchen area remodel completed except for menu board and other incidentals outside of kitchen prep. and food storage areas. New food equipment installed and operating properly at time of inspection. Ventilation hood passed smoke test and completed. Floors, walls and ceilings completed in food prep and storage areas. Facility will resume operations on Monday once all other areas outside of the kitchen are completed. No violations noted at time of inspection.
