3717-1-04.2(A) Observed prep cooler unit holding salad toppings that was not holding temperature. Corrective Action: PIC placed ice in the unit to help cool it down and called in a maintenance order. Someone is supposed to be in to work on it tomorrow morning. |
3717-1-04.4(A)(2) Observed the gasket on a cooler broken off. Corrective Action: Gasket should be fixed to ensure the cooler stays at the proper temperature. |
