| 3717-1-05.1(O)(1) Critical Observed handwashing sink not available for use, needs repaired. Corrective Action: PIC put work order(#200222542) during inspection to get it repaired. Facility should have a handsink accessible at all times that has soap, paper towels, hot/cold water and proper signage. I gave temporary permission for employees to use the 3 compartment sink for handwashing. Correct by 3/29/22.  |
