Observed facility does not have an employee with manager's certification in food protection. Corrective Action: Ensure that facility has at least one employee with a manager's certification in food protection. PIC said a new cook started a few weeks ago and they plan on putting him through the training.

Comments
Inspection was completed due to a complaint stating there was a water leak in the kitchen. During inspection there was no active water leak. PIC explained they have had roofing issues for years and have finally discovered the root of the problem and are working with a company to get the issue resolved. Reviewed vomit/fecal matter clean-up procedures with PIC.
