Inspection conducted due to a complaint received stating that customers received undercooked burgers and cold brats. Discussed proper cooking and holding temperatures with pic. Reviewed use of thermometers to ensure proper temperatures are being maintained. Pic stated that the gas supply to the grills was interrupted during service which lead to the food not being properly cooked. Pic stated that the food was discarded and maintenance was called. Burgers are received in frozen and raw. Brats are received in frozen precooked. Reviewed proper cooking temperatures with pic. Reviewed food safety training with pic.
