Critical **Critical Violation** Observed Handwashing sink in deli department is being used for purposes other than handwashing, ice was observed in the handsink. Corrective Action: I gave manager some handwashing signs to hang up and asked manager to talk to employees about using handwashing sinks for handwashing only.

Observed no handwashing signs at multiple handwashing sinks throughout the facility. Corrective Action: I gave PIC multiple handwashing signs to be posted.

Observed no paper towels or hand drying provision at the handsinks in the cheese/sushi dept. and Starbucks. Corrective Action: Handwashing sinks should have paper towels or other hand drying provision.

3717-1-04.5(D)
Observed food color bottles and cabinet they are stored in with a build-up of the food color. Corrective Action: Bottles and cabinet should be cleaned.

Comments
Discussed handwashing sinks with the PIC, I gave some RCHD handwashing stickers to the PIC to be hung up. Starbucks was closed at the time of the inspection. All cold-holding units were functioning well and maintaining proper temperatures.

Process Review: Acidified Rice- Rice was at the proper pH, records had not yet been recorded for the morning.
