Discussed handwashing sinks with the PIC, I gave some RCHD handwashing stickers to the PIC to be hung up. Starbucks was closed at the time of the inspection. All cold-holding units were functioning well and maintaining proper temperatures. Process Review: Acidified Rice- Rice was at the proper pH, records had not yet been recorded for the morning. |
