| Trash and food debris have been cleaned up and lids were closed at time of inspection. The fryer is still sitting by the dumpsters, but a work order has been put in to get it removed. PIC stated that after speaking to the manager he learned that trash removal actully occurs Monday, Wednesdays. and Fridays instead of just Mondays and Fridays. Ensure that maintenance of the refuse area is continued to prevent pest harborage. |
