Opening inspection conducted. Mobile kept very clean and orderly. NSF approved equipment. Necessary sinks available. Recommend putting sign at culinary to indicate food prep only. Need to obtain an ASSE 10/24 backflow device to connect to potable water. Ensure mobile unit is on site at any event where food is served. Reviewed plans/equipment/menu. License issued.
