Corrective Action: Until the dish washing machine is dispensing chlorine at the correct concentration, facility is to use the 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes.
3717-1-04.5(A)(3)/Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Observed microwave with a build-up of debris.
