Did not observe datemarking on deli meat and cheeses. TCS foods shall be date marked and discarded after 7 days. Pic did not correct at time of inspection.
3717-1-06.3(D)/Distressed merchandise - segregation and location. Damaged products not segregated from equipment and utensils. Observed damaged beverage products stored in 3 compartment sink.
3717-1-06.4(N)/Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter. Unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on premises. Observed unnecessary or nonfuctional items and storage in food prep area. Remove items that are not necessary for food preparation from the area.
3717-1-06.4(B)/Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Facility not maintained clean. Observed accumulation of debris on floors and walls in food prep area by the hand wash sink and 3 compartment sink.
