Observed no written procedures for responding to vomiting or diarrheal events in facility. Corrective Action: I gave a copy of the ODH vomit/fecal matter procedure to the PIC.

Corrected During Inspection Critical Observed spray bottles of cleaner without a common name label. Corrective Action: PIC added labels to the bottles.

3717-1-04.1(C)
Corrected During Inspection Critical Observed pan with the clean dishes that was rusted and corroded making in uncleanable. Corrective Action: PIC threw the pan away.

Observed no sanitizer test kit available. Corrective Action: Obtain sanitizer test kit and use it to test the sanitizer in dish machine/3 compartment sink.

Repeat Observed the pizza oven with a build-up of food debris inside. Observed bottom shelves of prep units/coolers/freezers with a build-up of food debris. Observed door handles of prep units/freezers/coolers sticky with food debris.
