Critical Food employee(s) did not wash hands in situations that specifically require them to do so. Observed employee doning new pair of gloves in between tasks with no hand washing before.
To prevent contamination, food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms after switching between working with raw food and with ready to eat food; before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food; and after other activities that contaminate the hands.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty on handles to reach in cooler units, dish machine, serving window, behind freezer unit and shelving unit in reach in.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.
|This office received a complaint about cleanliness of facility and pests being present. Spoke with PIC about pest control. Facility is minimizing the presence of pest with routine pest control services. Did not observe and live pests during inspection.|
