Corrected During Inspection Repeat Observed employee drinks stored above food items in cold holding unit next to the 3 compartment sink. Corrective Action: PIC removed the drinks from the unit.

3701-21-25(K)
Observed facility did not have a person in charge per shift with the person in charge certification in food protection. Corrective Action: If an employee with Manager's certification in food safety is not on shift, an employee with proof of Person in charge training in food safety is to be on shift.
