No towels or drying device at the handwashing sink in bar area. Ensure that all hand sinks are properly supplied at all times.
Critical Observed food debris in the handwashing sink in kitchen area. Handwashing sinks shall only be used for handwashing and other uses are prohibited.
Critical Observed frozen, raw chicken stored in plastic bags of freezers. Ensure that food like this is stored in commerical grade storage containers.
Critical Observed containers of prepped vegetables in the walk in cooler that were uncovered. To protect the food from potential contamination, ensure that it is properly covered.
Corrected During Inspection Critical Observed chemical spray bottles that either need a label or need to be relabeled. Ensure that these bottles are easily identifiable.
Observed plastic cups without handles being used to distribute ingredients in bulk containers. To prevent contamination, utensils used for this purpose shall have a handle and the handle should be maintained up out of the food.
Corrected During Inspection Observed an ice scoop's handle at the pop machine in the kitchen to be directly touching the ice. Place the scoop in a fashion where the handle does not touch the food. PIC moved the scoop at the time of inspection.
Observed scorn and discolored cutting boards at the prep tables that cannot effectively be washed and sanitized. Replace cutting boards as needed.
Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Areas include but are not limited to the following: sticky handles of equipment and the walls and roof of the microwave. Ensure that these areas are maintained clean.
Went over report with PIC at time of inspection.
Observed the current license displayed, manager certification in food protection, and both employee health policy and clean up procedures were posted.
COVID precautions good. Observed masks and signs.
