Observed Improper bare-hand contact with Biscuits. (Critical Control Point Violation) Corrective Action: Manager had a conversation with employee about proper handwashing procedures.

Observed wiping cloths stored in a sanitizer bucket without the appropriate concentration of sanitizer.
