3717-1-04.5(A)(3)/Cleanliness of nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment. Observed shelving by the microwave with a build-up of debris. Observed debris in the bottom the coolers across from the ice machine.
3717-1-06.4(B)/Cleaning - frequency and restrictions. Observed floors in the basement with a build-up of debris.
3717-1-06.2(I)(3)/Lighting - intensity (50 FC) Observed Light intensity less than fifty foot candles in food prep areas in the basement. Corrective Action: Lighting in food prep areas is to be at least 50 foot candles.
