Handwashing sign(s) not posted. Observed missing hand wash sign in the following locations: deli, produce, cheese slicing station, and sushi bar.

Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. Observed severe scratches and scores on cutting board located in meat room.

Repeat Observed expired test kit at sushi bar. Test kit can no longer accurately measure the concentration of sanitizer.

Reviewed employee illness policy, clean up procedures for fecal/vomit, HACCP plan, pH meter calibration and procedures for acidified rice. Observed facility expansion for Click List to still be under construction. Pic stated construction is scheduled for completion in March. Please call for inspection upon completion.
