To prevent contamination, food shall be protected from cross contamination by storing food in packages, covered containers, or wrappings.

Corrected During Inspection Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty, observed handles of microwaves, coolers, freezers and other equipment to have an accumulation of food residue.
Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.

Corrected During Inspection Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing, observed that handwashing sink was used to empty tea and coffee pots.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.
