| 3717-1-04.2(B)(1) Observed no three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils. Facility was licensed with a 3 compartment sink. 3 compartment sink is needed to wash rinse and sanitize the coffee pots, creamer dispensers.  |
