3717-1-07.1(C) Critical Observed chemicals not permitted in a FSO/RFE in the facility at time of inspection. Approximately 3 cans of Hot Shot were being stored in the kitchen. According to code, Raid, Hot Shot, etc are not permitted inside of a FSO/RFE. Please remove. Discussed with PIC.

3717-1-04.5(A)(3) Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed debris accumulation on the walk in cooler's shelving. Ensure all non-food contact surfaces of equipment are maintained clean.

PIC-Linda Bolling Went over report with PIC at time of inspection. Observed the current license displayed, observed the PIC's manager certification in food protection certificate which is good until 2022, observed a posted employee health policy and posted clean up procedures. COVID precautions good. Observed posted signage, hand sanitizer available, social distancing markers and both employees wearing masks. Good, keep up the excellent work in this regard. Process Review conducted. Observed accurate cooling and reheating procedure posters throughout facility. Facility is very clean.
