PIC-Bryan No current food prep during inspection. No hot holding and the only items cold holding were bottles of pop. Observed valid sanitizer test strips, labeled chemical spray bottles, latex free gloves, hot and cold water. Discussed food safety, ensuring the refuse area stays maintained, and that at least one manager has food protection certification and one person with PIC training will be working at all times. Discussed employee health policy and clean up procedures. Ensure to follow covid precautions. The concessions will NOT be opening/operating until May and will be inspected then. No violations observed. Both licenses given.
