Inspection conducted due to complaint stating accumulation of grease from vent located on side walk. Observed accumulation of debris on side walk located under vent at time of inspection. Discussed monitoring grease accumulation, setting up a schedule for cleaning and having vent serviced with PIC at time of inspection.
