Pic stated that a work order has been placed for repair of the walk in freezer.

Reviewed employee illness policy and clean up procedures with pic. Pic demonstrated knowledge on proper food safety including reheating and cooling procedures and proper cooking temperatures. Hot and cold holding temperatures observed to be in compliance at time of inspection.
