Observed plastic cups without handles being used to distribute ingredients in bulk containers. To prevent contamination, utensils used for this purpose shall have a handle and the handle should be maintained up out of the food.

Corrected During Inspection Observed an ice scoop's handle at the pop machine in the kitchen to be directly touching the ice. Place the scoop in a fashion where the handle does not touch the food. PIC moved the scoop at the time of inspection.

Observed scorn and discolored cutting boards at the prep tables that cannot effectively be washed and sanitized. Replace cutting boards as needed.

COVID precautions good. Observed masks and signs.
