Inspection conducted due to complaint stating customer seen liquid from floor drain being splashed onto food items by plumbers. Observed floor to be cleaned, observed boxes the prepacked food item (snack cakes) were stored in to have crusted residue on it. PIC stated discounted food items (breads, cookies) were discarded during the event.
