Critical Observed there was no drain detected (at the bottom of the pool) at time of inspection. Per ORC
Facility is closed for the season and will not be in operation. ORC 3701-31-05 (F) (10) refers to "outlets where all main drain/suction outlets shall have box/sumps compliant with ANSI/ASME A112.19.8.8-2007. Outlets shall be one of the following: (a) gravity flow; (b) direct suction. All public swimming pools, spa jets, water slides, and water attractions designed for direct suction shall have: (i) at least two outletsv (ii) an unblockable outlet.

Observed the licensee /authorized representative did not have operational records readily available or onsite at time of inspection.
All facility records must be maintained and available for review upon request.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(f) / Required turnover rates are sufficient
Observed required turnover rates were not met at time of inspection.
Have the circulation system evaluated to determine why the turnover rates are not able to be met. Once the reasons have been determined have the issue repaired. If necessary, submit plans to the Ohio Department of Health to review and approve.

Observed the unguarded pool was in use without the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming alone is not recommended" signs posted at time of inspection.
Post the "Children must be supervised" and/or "Swimming Alone is Not Recommended" signs at all times the pool is available for use.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Observed a sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area at time of inspection.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.
