Observed the ventilation fan in equipment room was not functioning

3701-31-04 (E)(2)(b)(i) / 12 ft. non-telescopic reach pole with Sheppard's crook & a USCG Type IV personal flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line.
Observed the flotation device with 30 - 60 foot throw line was not provided at the guarded pool.
Provide the non-telescopic reach pole and personal floatation device at the pool at all times.
