Critical Automatic Chemical Controller (ACC) was not functioning properly at the time of the inspection. Installed currentley not functioning.
Do not operate the pool when the ACC unit is not functioning properly. Ensure that the ACC unit is functioning properly prior to placing the pool back into operation.
3701-31-04 (B)(5) / Records are maintained for at least two years
Records were not maintained for at least two years.
Maintain all records and have them available upon request.
3701-31-04 (E)(2)(e) / Working emergency telephone/call box provided.
Emergency device (telephone) was not working in the pool area at the time of inspection. Ensure telephone is connected to the front desk for emergency calls.
Ensure that the emergency device is functioning properly and rings to the emergency response authorities.
3701-31-04 (E)(3)(c) / Location of emergency telephone posted when the phone is not visible.
Repeat Sign indicating the location of the emergency device (telephone) was not provided and emergency device was not visible in the pool area.
Ensure that a sign informing patrons of the location of the emergency device is always visible in the pool area.

Mike Kopko (Interim Director) will contact Sleep Inn manager about Auto Chemical Control (ACC) unit that is not functioning. Manager order a new ACC unit need paperwork to verify, the owner said the part is on back order. Operator is taking chemical readings every 4 hours for pH and ORP. Follow up will be determined once the manager of Sleep Inn responds to Interim Director email.
