| At time of inspection spa was closed due to Covid-19. Discussed with PIC pool will need to correct the following items prior to operation to prevent a violation: -signage for location of first aid kit or place kit on pool deck -head immobilizer needs added to the emergency back board -emergency phone location needs posted on pool deck with number of emergency staff, address, and where the location of phone is in facility that's easily accessible |
