There was standing water on the floor of the filter room at time of inspection.
Remove the standing water and modify the floor so that water will flow to the drain and not be able to pool on the floor.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(o) / Ladders/stairs/steps are in good repair/slip resistent
Observed the ladders in the deep end by the slides was loose at time of inspection.
Repair or replace the ladders/stairs/steps so that they are slip resistant and in good repair.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(p) / Deck surfaces are free of standing water or other hazards.
Observed the depth marker tile on deck surfaces cracked and loose by the yellow slide at time of inspection.
Repair areas of the deck where standing water is occurring. If more than 50% of the deck must be replaced, plans must be submitted to the Ohio Department of Health for review and approval.
3701-31-04 (B)(6)(s) / Perimeter barrier is in good repair to prevent unauthorized entry
Observed a hold in fence by the yellow slide at time of inspection.
